Every member of our team is fully DBS checked and come with professional references, and they are chosen not only for their experience, but for their warm, enthusiastic, and nurturing personalities. They are committed to providing the highest standards of care, cleanliness, and hygiene for babies from 6 weeks and upwards.

The baby room is designed to be a safe and supportive environment, giving each baby the opportunity to explore, learn, and develop from their very first day. Through play and social interaction, staff encourage the development of visual and tactile skills and support early learning experiences tailored to each child.

We maintain a 1:3 staff-to-baby ratio, and operate a key-person system so that each baby can form a secure, trusting relationship with a familiar adult. This approach helps babies feel safe, confident, and free to express themselves while learning and growing in a stimulating environment.
