BABY ROOM
Supporting early development
Our dedicated baby room provides a safe, nurturing environment for babies from 6 weeks old to 2 years. Experienced, specially trained staff offer high-quality care through a key-person system, high staff to baby ratios, and play-based learning that supports early development, comfort, and wellbeing in line with EYFS guidance.
TODDLER ROOM
Foundation for education
Our toddler room supports children aged 2–3 as they grow in confidence and independence. Caring, qualified staff provide a safe, stimulating environment where toddlers learn through play, exploration and routine, developing early communication, social skills and curiosity in line with the EYFS.
PRESCHOOL
Preparing your child for school
Preschool prepares children aged 3–4 for the transition to school through structured learning and play. Skilled staff support independence, confidence and early academic skills in a stimulating environment that encourages curiosity, collaboration and a love of learning, following the EYFS framework.
OUTDOOR PLAY
Outdoor play - in all weathers - is vital to a child's wellbeing and education. At Mulberry Bush Day Nursery, we have cultivated a large outdoor play area incorporating both grass and hard surface to enable all year round use.
There is a range of stimulating play equipment for climbing, balancing & sliding, along with bikes & trikes.
The children will also be encouraged to participate in gardening, growing & learning about plants in the dedicated area.
Naturally, safety is the main priority when engaging in outdoor activities. Our grounds are completely secure and supervised, well maintained and inspected frequently to ensure the health & safety of all children and staff.
